All product Exchanges & Store credit are welcomed after 7 days of purchase with our  hassle-free  exchange OR Store credit.

We are 100% independent business with customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. 100% Customer satisfaction can be expensive but it's worth the reward of happy, loyal customers. Full refunds are ruled on a case to case basis and will be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee which is a common practice in our tier of retailers.
